Handi-Tap is the Bottled Water Industry’s most complete line of efficient, fully automatic, multi-head, in-line fillers. We feature standard models for water and non-foaming flavored products.
WE HAVE THE PERFECT HAND-TAP FILLER TO MEET YOUR PRODUCTION DEMAND
Our “starter” unit is the Handi-Tap 250. Designed for smaller operations, it is an efficient two-head in-line filler. With the fully automatic option, empty Handi-Tap containers are transferred under the fill valves, signaling sensors to fill, cap and release. Filled Handi-Tap containers are released onto the filled container conveyor.
As with all models, the Handi-Tap 250 has a microprocessor control system. In addition, it has a “no cap/no fill” sensor that prevents bottles from being filled when there are no caps to be applied. The average filling capacity of this filler is 1500 gallons per hour or 10 Handi-Tap containers per minute.
The Handi-Tap 350 filler is a fully automatic in-line filler. It is specifically designed for medium-to-high volume operations. State-of-the-art programmable logic controls are used for fast analysis of the filler’s operating program. The in-feed conveyor is both automatic and continuous. It simultaneously aligns three containers under the three fill heads. The fill heads are independently metered and independently adjustable. The fully automatic capping system delivers caps to the pick-up stations where they are automatically pressed onto the Handi-Tap containers after filling. Once filled and capped, the bottles are automatically released onto a continuously powered conveyor. As with all models, the Handi-Tap 350 is microprocessor controlled for accuracy in operation. It has a filling capacity of 2250 gallons per hour or 15 Handi-Tap containers per minute.
The Handi-Tap 550 offers the same features as the Handi-Tap 350, but with two more heads. Therefore, the Handi-Tap 550 filler has a filling capacity of 4200 gallons per hour or 28 Handi- Tap containers per minute, meeting the needs of high capacity operations
